Instructions for use
1 tea bag is poured with 250 ml of boiling water and after 5 to 10 minutes of infusing, it is taken out. Tea is drunk warm or lukewarm. It is always prepared fresh. Adults max. 4 cups a day. Children from 3 years max. 2 cups a day.
Do not exceed the indicated dosage.
