Permanent milk is made from cow's milk and is heat treated. The method of heat treatment is ultra-high temperature heating - UHT (Ultra Heat Treatment). The milk is heated to a temperature of 140 °C for a very short time (1-4 seconds), which ensures its longer shelf life.
