Alternate between ball and chair every 30 minutes to improve posture, flexibility and help relieve back pain. Make sure the ball is properly inflated according to the instructions. Tested and recommended by the German IGR Institute for Health and Ergonomics according to DIN 26800 EN ISO 15537. Generous diameter of 55 cm with a robust phthalate-free inner balloon suitable for a height of 135 to 155 cm and a maximum load of 120 kg. Quick and easy installation by inflating the inner ball with the included hand pump and inserting the plug. For hygienic reasons, the ball's textile cover can be removed and hand washed.
